Service Delivery Manager In this role , you need to ensure precise and efficient service delivery. The method of carrying out the responsibility involves monitoring daily and overall progress, managing the project teams and budgets and resolving challenges. Also, they are responsible for consistent, effective and cost-worthy delivery.
You Will
- Involved in IT Infrastructure design, Project Management assignments, Strategy formation assignments and Procurement advisory assignments for various clients.
- Led and delivered multiple small to medium sized development and enhancement of projects
- Performed project estimation, planning, monitoring and control for different stages of the project
- Handled end to end service management, process development and project evaluation in line with business case.
- Capturing Client's Technology requirements, IT Project Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, Datacenter Operation Management, Vendor Management, IT Procurement.
You Bring
- Bachelor Degree or Master in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8-10 years of experiences in managing leading a team
- Strong experience in IT Infra Operation and Project Management
- Experience working in Whole of Government (WOG) environment is preferred
- Experience in managing end to end projects and managing client's expectation
- Effective interpersonal skills, both written in English and good presentation skills
- Good leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
