Position Title: Service Engineer/ Technical Support Engineer
- Working Location: North East (Transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday Friday,
- 30 am 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3700 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, and products.- Provide prompt and effective technical support to resolve customer issues.
Liaise with customers and technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of machinery, conducting regular safety checks.
Maintain accurate records of all service activities and report to Managers.- Adhere to and enforce strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
A Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
Knowledge & skill in mechanical and hydraulic.
