To provide reactive preventive maintenance, installation, and commissioning service to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment in Life Science and Health care environments.
- Installation, commissioning including IQ, OQ, calibration, validation and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge's protocol.
- Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company's established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
- Implementing Field Service Corrective Actions.
- Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
- Responding to customers complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance
- Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
- Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply.
- Possess multiple skills in the areas of PLC's, electricity, electronics, and mechanical systems is a plus.
- Work experience with PLC control systems, Siemens, B&R or similar.
- More than 1 year of hands-on related experience in medical or pharmaceutical equipment, installation and maintenance.
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Hold a national passport and to be able to apply for a visa for international travel.
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays as and when required
