Jobscope:
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
- Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
- Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
- Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department
Other information
- At least 2 years of experience in related field
- Verse in writting reports and communicate with clients.
