Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning verify sub-contractors jobs
Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
