Service Engineer (Chillers)

Mon to Fri - 8am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily basis service work and handling new installation projects and testing commissions for air-cooled and water-cooled chiller.

- Routine servicing of Commercial Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled chillers) onsite.

- Routine duties includes maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to commercial chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV CRAC, VRV Systems, including tear down and rebuild (overhauling).

- Able to read specifications and drawings by contractors.

- Inspecting and testing systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect/locate malfunctions.

- Organise and keep up with records and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.

- Responsible for adjusting system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance systems handling for all types of refrigerant.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, Chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems

- Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills

- Strong communication skills

- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task

- Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
