- Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
- Perform service tasks such as in-house repairs and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzers, CEMS, and AQMS.
- Troubleshoot analyzers and provide customers with the best solutions, adhering to Horiba's standard procedures and safety guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service support.
- Collaborate with customers to address service concerns and provide solutions to technical issues.
- Assist the project team in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Identify opportunities for new preventive and maintenance contracts.
- Provide product training to end users and distributors.
