Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls.
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems.
- Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors.
- Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses.
- Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
- Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Having Class 3 driving licence will be advantageous.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
