Job Description:

A Japanese manufacturer is looking for a new Service Engineer who can develop their overseas business. Great atmosphere to learn not only professional skills and knowledge for engineering but also learning Japanese.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing whole engineering services and solutions (setup new machines, maintenances, after-sales service, and trainings how to operate their machines) with their clients in southeast Asian countries (Malaysia, Thailand, The Philippines, and Vietnam, and Sri Lanka)
• Making quotations for mechanical parts of their machines which requires wide knowledge of their products
• Taking part in foreign exhibitions
• Involving some of internal and overseas business trips in a month
• Liaising with Japanese HQ and factories members for service review
• Other duties if assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Engineering (Electrical /Mechatronic/Factory Automation/Science) or equivalent background
• Ability to explain their products in a comprehensive fashion
• Integrity, curiosity, and self-motivated to become more knowledgeable for maintenance of the machines
• Hospitability and meticulous care for client's satisfaction
• Good communication skills to establish good relationships with clients in southeast Asian countries
• Minimum conversational level of Japanese for communication with Japanese speaking stakeholders
• Passion for learning Japanese language and Japanese culture
