SERVICE ENGINEER MANAGER

Job Description

The Service Engineer Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding our company's reputation by ensuring the highest standards of service in preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems. This role demands a deep understanding of hydraulic systems, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients needs.

Key Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

- Good understanding of Hydraulic system.

- Able to design Hydraulic systems drawings for HPU and Hydraulic Schematic for HPU.

- Plan and produce testing procedures on hydraulic systems forecasts the effects on equipment, including expected wear and tear and degradation.

- Able to calculate Flow Rate and Pressure.

- Able to do drawings and familiar with Autocad software.

- Able to do bill of materials for all design drawings in Hydraulic system.

- Determines appropriate materials and equipment required for projects and facilities including pumps, and pipes as well as testing.

- Performs other related duties as required.

Tehnical Skills & Competencies

1. To do preventive maintenance for our contract to customer

2. To do service and repair both onsite and in workshop

3. To go onsite to troubleshoot if required
