- Request, install, and anticipate necessary parts for repairs.
- Prepare technical reports for engineering, management, or sales.
- Review logs for open issues and prepare formal reports for customers.
- Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment.
- Keep workshop tools and equipment organized.
- Assess equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support to customers and other service professionals.
- Stay updated on new products and technologies through training.
- Develop skills in other specializations to become self-sufficient in repairs and service.
- Prioritize safety and follow regulations.
- Interact professionally with technical personnel and represent the company.
- Adhere to company guidelines for communication.
- Maintain valid travel documentation and certifications.
