Summary:
Our client is seeking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Service Engineer to join their team. Candidates with relevant qualifications but no experience can apply. In this role, you will support senior engineers and handle service orders from their Service & Commissioning Manager and Coordinator. You will be responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring the safe return of equipment to service. This position offers hands-on experience and opportunities for learning and growth in a dynamic environment.
Job scope:
- Assistant Senior/Service & Commissioning Engineer on-site
- Execute service orders and assignments as directed by the Service & Commissioning Manager or Coordinator.
- Serve as the field representative to assess, troubleshooting, analyze, repair, test and return equipment to service based on instructions from service orders.
- Create daily reports on completed service tasks, issues encountered, and resolutions, sending them to the service mailbox.
- Complete all required documentation and submit reports related to service tasks.
- Ensure that all services are conducts in a safe and effective manner, adhering to company and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
- Candidates with no experience can apply as training and mentorship will be provided to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Strong foundational knowldge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Analytical and systematic problem solving.
- Basic knowledge of programming and industrial control systems is a plus.
- Willing to travel abroad frequently for assignments.
- Able to work overtime when neccessary
