Service Engineer - North, MNC, Manufacturing, Training Provided

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum and mechanical products.
• Handle full pump servicing, including installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
• Provide onsite technical advice to customers.
• Manage projects and meet tight deadlines when required.
• Perform installation and commissioning tasks.
• Offer frontline support for field service activities, including fault finding, repairs, and scheduled maintenance as needed.
• Use SAP to log service information, create field service notifications, and track orders to completion.
• Provide clear, accurate reports to team leaders or technical support to support decision-making for resolving product issues.

Requirements

• ITE/ Diploma in Engineering
• Able to commit to OT and 24/7 Standby
