Service Engineer Southeast Asia
(preferably based in Malaysia or Singapore)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Jobsite installation, supervision and commissioning of semi and fully automatic powder packing and liquid filling systems.
- Aftersales service such as maintenance and troubleshooting for packing and filling equipment.
- Technical support and trainings for customers, establishment of good customer communication and relationships.
- Promotion of spare parts and other services when working on the jobsite.
- Internal communication with internal departments and headquarters.
- Work on jobsites in Southeast Asia according to Service Department's arrangement.
Requirements:
- Technical degree (mechanical / electrical engineering, automation).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical service role.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of machinery and equipment.
- Good knowledge in Siemens PLC or Codesys is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships and team collaboration.
- Good English communication skills.
- Cooperative, motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Quick problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to addressing customer needs.
