Job Description:
Lead a team of technicians for aircon facilities related activities.
Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
Investigate, analyse and determine the root cause for breakdowns and faults.
Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
Carry out any ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
Any other ad-hoc work as assigned from time to time.
Responsibilities - ACMV:
Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures
Provide technical advice and assistance to field technicians on all maintenance functions
Any other tasks, when required by the immediate superior
Requirements:
Experience in both ACMV and Chillers - 3 Years
Experience in Air-con repair and maintenance or in HVAC industries is a plus, but not necessary
Background in Refrigeration/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is a plus
Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating
Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short notice
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
A good team player and displays positive attitude towards works and has an open mind towards opinion.
