Job Scope:
. Handle counter enquiries and provide information to users on processes
. Receive applications for records/appeals at the counters and verify that the documents submitted are properly filed
. Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
. Provide suggestions on improving service quality and processes to enhance users service experience.
Requirements:
. 2 - 5 years of working experience in related industries or environment, such as in a customer-fronting job, would be an advantage
. Excellent oral and written communication skills
. Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be an advantage
. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
. Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply
. Pleasant service aptitude and passion to serve
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Able to think on your feet to diffuse difficult situations.
. Good attention to detail
. Good time management with the ability to multi-task well
. Excellent team player who is self-driven and can also work independently
