Key Responsibilities:
. Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing service management processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
. Workflow Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design no-code/low-code workflows that automate and optimize service management processes.
. Microservices Strategy: Work with developers to outline a strategy for implementing reusable and testable microservices to support various IT services.
. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with developers, IT staff, and users to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
. Testing and Validation: Support the testing and validation of new workflows and microservices to ensure they meet business requirements.
. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all analyzed processes, workflows, and microservices.
. Training and Support: Assist in providing training and support to users and IT staff on new workflows and microservices.
. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service management processes and recommend best practices.
