Service Planner Buyer | 12-months contract, Up to 6000 SGD

Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented, motivated planner with a strong background in parts planning and purchasing in a mix product of high-volume environment. This role manages supply, planning, procurement, and performance for one or more product lines, coordinating across teams to meet demand and supply objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize supply plans update planning system data, manage product lifecycle, and address Engineering Change Requests
• Oversee key metrics (backlog, fill rate, inventory turn, etc.) and analyze forecasts to develop weekly supply plans
• Address product backlogs and fill rates, working cross-functionally to resolve issues
• Manage procurement, repair cycles, supplier communication, and ensure order reconciliation
• Identify and implement system enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders and IT.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years in supply/demand planning, supplier management, and ERP systems
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices, strong analytical and leadership skills
• Effective communication, influencing, and negotiation skills within matrix organizations
• Strategic and tactical thinking, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills
• Proven cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
• Excel proficiency experience with Business Objects, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
