We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our service team as Service Staff. As a vital part of our front-of-house operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their meal.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
