This role focuses on developing and implementing SSC (Shared Service Center) policies to enhance after-sales service operations, including warranty, returns, and customer support. By ensuring compliance, tracking performance metrics, and providing actionable insights, you will drive strategic improvements while fostering alignment and collaboration across stakeholders.
What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive SSC (Shared Service Center) policies on warranty, returns, repairs, and customer support
- Provide employee training to ensure effective policy adherence
- Effectively communicate SSC policies to all relevant stakeholders within the company, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Monitor adherence to policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards through regular audits and reviews
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of after-sales policies
- Generate reports and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
What you bring
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of working experience in after-sales service, customer service management, or policy governance.
- Experience in managing service centers or after-sales operations is highly valued.
