Job Scope:
- To monitor the performance of the systems using the Monitoring Control Console (MCC) workstations
- Perform remote troubleshooting when required to
- Compile data and generate fault related reports
- Assist in systemwide software deployment activities
- Monitor performance of the systems post software deployment for potential faults/issues
- Generate backend reports for investigation purposes
- Create Work Orders in the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to record details of fault troubleshooting
- Support in all systems and MCC workstation related tasks
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma / Nitec in Engineering
- No experience are welcome to apply- Training will be provided
- Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel)
- Able to work on rotating shift, on Weekends & PHs
Other Information:
- Working Hour: 5 Days Rotating Shifts including Weekend & PH (7am to 4.30pm / 1pm to 10pm)
- Salary: Up to $2800 + AWS + VB
- Location: Macpherson
