Job Overview
To provide preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning service and troubleshooting to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment in Life Science and Health care environments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of new equipment according to Getinge's protocol.
- Perform both routine maintenance and repairs following established protocols. (e.g., sterilization efficacy, safety protocols).
- Implementing Field Service Corrective Actions.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure that equipment complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Follow the company service protocols and fill out the checklists and service reports as per the company requirement.
- Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
- Customer service focus, ensuring that the client is informed about the condition of the equipment and upcoming maintenance needs.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- 3 years working experience in field service for industrial equipment
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus
- Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
