Job Scope:
- Assist in requirement gatherings and follow-ups required, assist in UAT and verifications of the enhancements before deployment to production.
- Assist with production testing after patches, deployment of fixes completed (which may be conducted after office hours).
- Assist in reporting system related issues raised by stakeholders and members of public daily, i.e. raise problem logs and follow up with vendor to test after the fixes has been deployed before closing the ticket.
- Assist in updating of content on website and FAQs
- Coordinate and conduct training/briefing to internal & external stakeholders on new enhancements/features, development of relevant materials/resources.
- Assist in review and update of service blueprints/standard operating procedures to align with system changes.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Working Arrangement:
Location: Clarke Quay MRT Station
Working Hours:
Mon-Thurs 8.00am-5.30pm
Fri 8.00am-5.00pm
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Salary: Monthly Rated ($1700-$2900/Month)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with relevant experience in project management related to systems development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and ability to work with multiple IT systems.
- Good communication and writing skills
- Organised with good time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
