As a ServiceNow Core Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of our client's requirements, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow to create efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
- Ensure the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom applications and configurations.
- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on custom application development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionalities, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's development tools such as Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
