My client is a prominent real estate investment firm headquartered in Singapore, with a diversified portfolio spanning commercial, retail, residential, and industrial properties across Asia and Europe. In recent years, it has expanded into the data center sector, developing and managing facilities in countries in APAC.
Job Description
- Responsible for setting, monitoring, and achieving service delivery performance objectives.
- Ensure all services are executed within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal and external project managers to deliver products and services according to contracts or sales orders, adhering to project/fit-out budgets and schedules within the data center.
- Oversee vendor partnerships, including managing contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Address customer-reported service quality concerns, working with the operations team and service owners to drive improvements.
- Facilitate regular customer meetings to assess service quality, monitor project/fit-out progress, and manage incidents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service delivery process and during any interruptions.
- Lead customer audits and coordinate internal resources to ensure a seamless process.
- Contribute to quality initiatives focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering business growth.
- Partner with the operations team and service owners to create efficient processes for new service provisioning.
- Develop and refine workflows and systems that support the sales and operations teams in capturing growth opportunities.
- Participate actively in audits related to data center certifications.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- 5 years+ in project management of data center projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of thriving in team-oriented environments
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and teamwork capabilities
