Our Finance department is a fundamental part of Doctor Anywhere and plays a major role in ensuring the company's financial stability. We are responsible for advising management on financial decisions that have a far-reaching impact on the company's future.
The role we are hiring for
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Development, who will be responsible for leading and executing financial transactions critical to the company's growth and strategic objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills, and a proven track record in evaluating and successfully managing complex M&A deals and fundraising activities.
This role is based in Singapore and will reporting to our CFO.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the leadership team to understand DAs strategic objectives and assist in developing and executing inorganic and fund raising growth plans.
Conduct market survey, feasibility studies and valuation of businesses and projects. This includes conducting market and valuation analysis of prospective investments.
Evaluate various fundraising options, including debt, equity, and other financial instruments, to determine the optimal capital structure.
Create complex financial models to support M&A/fund raising valuations, scenario analyses, and investment decisions.
Responsible for developing business cases for transactions which are complete with clear objectives, recommended valuations and transaction structure.
Manage relationships with external advisors, legal teams, as well as with internal stakeholders throughout the M&A or fund raising process.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential acquisitions.
Partner closely with the leadership team in structuring the deal, including negotiation of agreements, financing and future liabilities.
Support various business units within DA through special projects, as needed.
Requirements
Degree in Business/Economics/Finance or related field with approximately 6 years of work experience, including at least 4 years of direct experiences in mergers and acquisitions, fund raising and possess detailed knowledge of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
Must have corporate finance or investment banking experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, or experience in leading acquisitions in start-up and hyper-growth environments.
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Unquestioned integrity and confidentiality.
Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
Tech savvy and comfortable with fast paced operations and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
