Overview
As part of the operations team that reports to the operations manager, the Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the operations of our shared bicycle, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, and driving the company's growth. This role requires strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operations efficiency and increase ridership
- Work closely with contractors to ensure compliance with contract agreement standards
- Prepare monthly performance indicators reports
- Design, review, and conduct training syllabus for contractors to achieve consistent outcomes
- Manage import and export shipments
- Plan and execute outdoor events
- Key liaison with public agencies
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma in business, operations, or logistics management
- At least 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for sustainable transportation and urban mobility
- Experience in G-Suite, Slack, and Notion will be advantageous
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
