To repair and troubleshoot all air conditioning, refrigerated and electrical systems including auxiliary throughout the hotel
Service, repair and maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the hotel
To ensure all audiovisual equipment and system are maintained to manufactures specification to ensure trouble free operation at all times
To carry out planned maintenance programmes for servicing as directed from time to time
To conduct inspection of guestroom and public area daily and rectify unsightly wallpaper, plastering, masonry, plumbing fittings, air conditioning, fire system and light fused within shift operation
Ensure One Stop Service request are carried out within 12 minutes
Check all mechanical and electrical systems on equipment inclusive of servicing and checking of system control circuits
