Job Description:
- Monitor vessel arrival and departure closely to anticipate and address operational needs and challenges promptly.
- Monitor cargo loading and unloading operations.
- Handle cargo documentation, invoices, and inwards shipment.
- Optimize utilization of resources to support cost efficient port call, including coordination of Ship Stores, Marine Services, Bunkering & Crew Changes.
- Process all formalities and declarations in a timely manner to ensure smooth entry or departure of ships assigned.
- Vessel attendance as and when is required to oversee operations and ensure smooth port handling.
- Prepare quotations and proforma disbursements as required by clients, shipowners, and shipping lines.
- Perform tasks and projects as assigned by the Department Manager.
Job Requirements:
- No experience are welcome to apply On-the-job training will be provided
- Multitasking abilities to manage the demands of paperwork and on-site work effectively.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours to cater to the different arrival times of ships, and adapt to unanticipated events and tight work schedules.
Compensation:
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm / Alt Sat: 9am to 1pm
- On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided
- Performance Bonus
