Responsibilities
- Prepare & manage shipping documents such as.
- Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, Insurance, & Certificates of Origin (Chambers of Commerce)
- Preparing of Sales Contracts & Performa Invoices
- Declaration of customs permit
- Ensure relevant documents are submitted accordingly
- Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers
- Coordination with service providers & related internal departments regarding shipments
- Liaise with shipping teams on orders & shipping documentation
- Other admin/data entry work as & when required
