Shipping Co-Ordinator
Salary: 1800-2500 SGD/month
Job Type: Full Time Job
Period: Immediate Start
main responsibilities:
- Communication with customers for import / export shipment arrangement
- Response to customer's / overseas agent's email
- Create job no / Key in shipment details / voucher & etc system
- Arrange / coordinate closely with customer within house transporter for delivery / pick up
- Ensure that all jobs are monitored / timely updated in system / Billing
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
General requirements:
- Qualification: Secondary School / O or N Level / NITEC
- 1-2 years of experience working in /freight forwarder or logistics companies will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS office
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn fast and pays attention to details.
