Shipping Coordinator (6months or longer) - FMCG #HHL

Location: Port road

Salary: Up to 4000

5 days office hour

Contract duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage export/import shipments from the company
• Prepare invoices and shipping documents using ITAS and Microsoft Excel process permits if required.
• Ensure relevant documents are submitted to various related parties.
• Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers.
• Coordinate with service providers and internal departments regarding shipments.
• Liaise with the Group's overseas shipping teams on orders and shipping documentation.
• Perform other admin/data entry work as required.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma / Degree
• Meticulous, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Experience in Shipping (Import/Export) is preferred.
