Working hour:

Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm,

Saturday - 8am to 2pm (x1 time per month with duty allowance for 6 hours of work, currently can work from home)

Job Description:

. Shipping Documentation - Prepare and manage large volume of shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
. Document Control and Accuracy - Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
. Logistics Coordination - Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse
. Communication - Act as the main point of contact with regards to any shipping enquiries and workclosely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of daily operations
. Reporting - Perform operation management reports

Job Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
. Possess minimum 1 year of relevant logistics experience in handling import & export shipping documentation
. Knowledge of standard shipping & business documents & their terminology will be an advantage
. Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
. Have good written and verbal communication skills
. Have initiative and is a team player
. Adaptable to fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
. Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision
. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
