Shipping Logistics Executive

ROLES

The Shipping Logistics Executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound, outbound and transhipment and prepares invoices, documents related to the plant served.
• Manage & Update internal database of price lists to ensure the accuracy of prices/products and terms
• Liaise and coordinate with overseas vendors/customers, freight forwarders, carriers on delivery date and pick-ups
• Monitor and follow-up with suppliers/customers to ensure on-time and accurate shipping document submission
• Propose cost-effective and efficient solutions

REQUIREMENT

• Preferred with Cargowise knowledge
• Diploma and above
