Shipping Operations Executive

Our client is a regional container shipping company that focus in Asia region. They are looking for a Shipping Operations Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central.

Duties of Shipping Operations Executive:

• Managing inbound and outbound documentation for vessels.
• Developing stowage plans and planning departure schedules to maximize cargo efficiency and streamline vessel operations.
• Visiting vessels to deliver documents, gather reports, and consult with the Master and crew on operational concerns.
• Liaising with key stakeholders, including port authorities, agents, and internal teams, to address and resolve operational challenges.
• Supporting the operations team in daily tasks and coordination efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience in logistic/shipping industry. Entry level is welcomed.
• Comfortable to stand by for vessel operations when required.
