Shop Manager will help shape and define how one of the most exciting and fastest-growing global running shoe brands will operate its flagship store. This role is responsible for the store's overall performance, maintaining discipline and the team's morale, being enthusiastic in motivating the team to deliver an exceptional, engaging customer service journey, and meeting and exceeding sales and productivity goals.

Your story:

• Min. 2 years related experience in a customer-focused retail setting
• Strong leadership, excellent people management skills with a good understanding of retail business operations
• Excellent leadership, management, communication and customer interface skills
• Leading team members in fostering a strong culture at work by providing superior customer service and product knowledge
