Responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries and feedback related to the project
- Report directly to Project Manager
- Work closely with the relevant parties such as residents, consultants, authorities, etc.
- Implement proactive steps to address complaints arising from construction activities
- Maintain a documented record of requests and complaints received from residents and/or public
- Issue and distribute advance notifications to the public regarding upcoming work.
Requirements:
- Only for Singaporeans/PR
- Experience in customer service for BTO projects
- GCE O/A Level with relevant certificates
