Responsiblities:
. To ensure the smooth operation of the project in areas such as logistics, transport, office equipment, stationeries, PPE, incoming and outgoing correspondences, etc.
. To assist in human resource and staff welfare matters for the Personnel, including collation of timesheet for the Personnel.
. To provide secretariat and administrative functions for the Personnel.
. Any other duties deemed necessary by OIC
Qualifications & Experience:
a. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in general administrative duties
b. Minimum of O levels certificate or equivalent
c. Good general administrative skills knowledge on ISO 9001 standards will be preferred
d. Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and file management systems
