Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Monitor and inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Act as a liaison between project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and address any technical or logistical issues that arise during construction, offering practical solutions to minimize delays or disruptions.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of project progress, including daily reports, work logs, and any changes to plans or specifications.
Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, creating a secure work environment for all personnel on-site.
Monitor project expenditures to ensure they align with the approved budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures where applicable.
Regularly update project managers and stakeholders on the status of construction projects, highlighting achievements, challenges, and milestones.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals collectively.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Familiarity with relevant software tools, including project management and design software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
