Corporate with the constrcution manager to connect with various government acceptance departments.
Corporate with the constrcution manager to supervise and manage the site to meet the various goals of the project.
Corporate closely with subcontractors to monitor the progress of small towns and coordinate the work resources required by subcontractors to meet project requirements.
Corporate with goverment personnel to conduct on-site inspections.
Participate in weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to discuss work progress and corperate in preparing monthly meeting progress reports.
Establish good relationships with all relevant parties.
Corporate to ensure site safety and comply with the requirements of the authorities.
Corporate to organize relevant physical and electronic documents on site engineer, etc.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree or above preferably from a recognized University accredited with PEB, Singapore
Experience with public residential projects would be advantages
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Projects, AutoCAD
Ability to keep a positive attitube in a fast-paced environment
