Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, including temporary works, land piling, sand filling, and compaction activities.
Collaborate with Team leaders, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain workflow and address site issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines, minimizing risks and environmental impact.
Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, quality records, and site diaries.
Assist in implementing the Environmental Management System and Project Quality Plan applicable to site activities.
Manage site logistics, ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and manpower to meet construction milestones.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
Familiarity with local environmental and safety regulations
