Job Description
We are a Japanese MNC with subsidary offices located across Asia and we are looking for potential candidates to join our company. All hired candidates are required to perform the below tasks on a daily basis:
- Perform abatement system (scrubber) Preventive Maintenance service on-site.
- Provide Corrective Maintenance & troubleshooting on-site.
- Perform equipment installation, part change.
- Provide service reports on assigned task.
- Working environment will be clean room or subfab in semiconductor factory.
- Manage the customer services and relationship through providing regular feedback and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with Japanese Engineers and HQ in Japan and provide technical guidance to our team of Site Managers and Service Engineers.
- Defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department's future needs and operations counsels and discuss with managers on performance.
- Coordinating with Site Managers on manpower planning and arrangements.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations division and supervising Assistant Service Engineer to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards.
- Ensuring safe and secure work environment for all employees.
- Ensuring compliance in all procedures including documentation.
- Attending and preparing documents for audit by customers.
- Any other duties assigned by the Site Manager.
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree or higher with at least 3-7 years of related working experience with our company's abatement systems in a semiconductor environment.
- Strong ability in handling technical issues and able to propose and negotiate service contracts to customers
- Experience in Semiconductor Fab and Service Audit will be an advantage.
- Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor facilities & processes will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel daily to various sites and overseas when required.
- Must be self-driven, energetic, resourceful, and good leadership.
- Meticulous and timely in documentation.
- Able to project strong, positive image of self and company.
- Able to build good partner relationship at all level.
- Team player with good communication skill.
- Responsible, independent with excellent customer service skill
