Site Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager
• Overall in charge of site coordination
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project
• Monitor and control general workers deployment on site
• Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives
• Ensure works are carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with
• Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained at all times

Job Requirements

• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in Landed Properties
• Able to work independently
• Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and regulatory requirements.
