Report to the Project Manager, over all in charge of site coordination.
Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations, manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
Maintain site access throughout the construction period.
Planning to prevent the problem on-site before it occurs, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.
Ensure the progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives.
Control and monitor work progress and resources, monitor and control material wastage.
Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project coordination, and documentation.
Responsible for on-site production scheduling and allocation of personnel and labour, arranging materials and mechanical equipment for each phase, directing and organizing solutions to various on-site issues, and handling emergencies and labour disputes at the construction site.
Responsible for organizing the preparation of construction organization designs, progress plans, safety technical measures, etc., primarily focusing on controlling the overall project timeline.
Responsible for coordinating the working relationships with company functional departments, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.
Responsible for the management, coordination, evaluation, and assessment of the project department staff as per the branch office's requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned from Management.
Job Requirement
Candidate must pass at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Diploma holders or equivalent with relevant experience BSc/BA in Engineering (Civil) or Engineering or relevant field
10 years experience in Site Management
