Review, track & monitor the main contractors programmes and/or CAG/CAAS direct contractors programmes to comply with CAG requirements.
Review the main contractors baseline S-curve, cost loading, resources allocation, histograms and 4D BIM, highlighting areas of concern to SO/SO(Rep).
Review and give detailed feedback on main contractors schedule submissions and recommend status of approval / non-approval to the SO/SO(Rep) in compliance with CAG requirements.
Prepare monthly dashboard reports to CAG in relation to the progress of works and any issues that may negatively impact on the timely completion of the contract including presentation to stakeholders, if any.
Review main contractors progress reports.
Review main contractors updated programmes which reflects the actual progress of works and capture any change of work sequence.
Keep record of important site information such as, equipment and manpower deployment, changes to any design/construction dates, delay events, etc.
Review and assess trade productivities.
Qualification:
The Planner shall possess at least ten (10) years of relevant construction experience with at least 7 years of experience in development and/or review of project schedules for every phase of the construction project lifespan by using Primavera P6
The Planner shall possess a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant discipline
The Planner shall have experience in scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works
The Planner shall possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word in addition, the Planner shall also be proficient in Primavera P6
The Planner shall be able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects
The Planner shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.
