Site Project Engineer

. To be Involved in tender preparation, evaluation, compilation and submission.

. Follow up on bid status after submission of tender and update all relevant parties upon successful bidding of tender.

. Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.

. Prepare for the monthly progress claim and take note of different submission timeframe.

. Working with Project Director to keep track of materials and advise when scope requires additional materials beforehand.

. Check actual work-done and certify Sub-con Payments.

. Prepare Progress Claims and Progress Report.

. Drafting of Shopdrawing/Construction drawing using AutoCad, SketchUp (REQUIRED)

. Ability to use Revit, Know to how to use BIM Modelling Software is a plus

. Measure and submit All Variation Order (VO) work-done.

. Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.

. Working and Integrating work scope with all internal departments
