Responsibilities:
- Carry out examinations, maintenance, and servicing on diverse material handling machinery at client locations.
- Perform customer assessments following task completion, document observations, and suggest safety-oriented corrective measures.
- Collaborate with sales associates to address customer service requirements, utilizing digital platforms for streamlined correspondence.
- Identify potential sales prospects and avenues for service enhancement.
- Compile and promptly submit accurate service documentation.
- Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of company assets and vehicles.
- Comply with safety protocols and promptly report identified hazards.
- Execute field tasks in line with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
Requirements:
- Min NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the similar industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- With technical knowledge of material handling, construction or related.
