Job Descreption
Working at Construction Site as Site Supervisor:
- 1. Arrange workers complete construction works daily, Ensure works go on smoothly, Ensure no workers idling.
- 2. Coordinate with Main-Con, Clarify with Main-Con on Drawings, Schedule, Access, Materials, Machineries, Etc...
- 3. Attend all the Site Meeting on behalf of Company.
- 4. Assign tasks to construction workers and monitor their performance actively.
- 5. Willing to work on weekend and night shift.
- 6. Able to work under stress.
- 7. Able to communicate well with Chinese, Bangladeshi, Myanmar Workers.
- 8. Timeline oriented,i.e completed assigned tasks within stipulated timeline.
Requirement
- 5 Years experience working at Construction Site as a Subcon Site Supervisor or Incharge Persons.
- Well knowledge on RC Works in the whole Precess, Rebar Works, Formwork, Concreting.
- Well knowledge on Labour Production Rate of RC Works.
- Good communicate Skill Required.
- Stronger Leadership Skill Required.
