Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Supervise contractors to ensure work aligns with design intent, specifications, and contractual standards.
- Daily Oversight: Maintain a detailed Site Diary to track daily activities, events, and surveillance.
- Meetings and Coordination: Participate in site progress, technical, and consultants meetings to stay aligned on project goals.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with installation requirements and standards, tracking key submissions like shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Progress Tracking: Report progress against schedules with monthly updates prepare and manage lists of outstanding or non-compliant work items.
- Issue Resolution: Address coordination issues on-site, collaborating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Site Inspections: Plan, coordinate, and conduct site inspections and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) with stakeholders.
- Defect Management: Compile and monitor defects with consultants and contractors for efficient issue resolution.
- Special Projects: Lead and support special projects as directed by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of site experience in healthcare or built environment sectors.
- Healthcare Project Experience: Skilled in supervising Additions and Alterations (A&A) works in healthcare or similar environments.
- Project Management Skills: Strong planning, coordination, and project management abilities, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel 3D SketchUp is a plus.
- Team Collaboration: A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project needs.
- Communication & Reporting: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail in reporting and progress tracking.
