Site Supervisor (Healthcare Infrastructure) REF: EN

What you'll be doing

• Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain a Site Diary, document events, and oversee installation details for code compliance
• Attend progress and technical meetings while resolving coordination issues with stakeholders
• Ensure timely submission, review, and approval of drawings, submittals, and samples
• Plan and conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning schedules with all relevant parties
• Monitor project progress, track defects, and provide updates on outstanding or non-compliant works

What we're looking for

• Diploma level in Architectural / Architectural Technology, Engineering
• 4-5 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure or construction supervision/design consultancy within the built environment sector
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drafting and 3D Sketchup software is advantageous
